  • He who walks with the wise grows wise

He who walks with the wise grows wise.

    Prov. 13:20 Niv

That old saying “birds of a feather flock together” is very true. We tend to become like who we surround ourselves with. So really take a look at your friends and the people you are hanging out with the most. Would you consider them wise? If not, you may to to consider making some new friends. I mean you do want to be a good influence on those that need it and be a good witness, but there’s a different in doing that every once in a whle and hanging with someone 24/7. Who do you hang out with the MOST? Where do you hang out together and what are you doing? Are they making wise decisions in their own life? Sometimes we can become numb to the stupid things our friends are doing to where it doesn’t bother us anymore, and eventually, we could start doing those same stupid things, even sinful things are things that are bad for our health. Surround yourself with people you consider wise and you truly will grow wiser yourself, but surround yourself with dumb people and you will most likely become dumb, too.
