• Write them upon your heart

  Keep my words, and hold together my teachings within you. Keep my words and live. Keep my teachings as you would your own eye. Tie them upon your fingers. Write them upon your heart.

  Spending time in the bible every day is such an important part of our relationship with God. And He’s reminding us of that in these verses. “Keep my teachings as you would your own eye”. Wow. I’d say the bible is pretty important, then, wouldn’t you?? It’s one of the ways that the Lord speaks to us, teaches us and instructs us. We can gain so much wisdom and direction from His word. The bible is called God’s word because that’s exactly what it is. God’s word. So spend time in God’s word daily, and you truly will gain wisdom.
