Broken Promises
It’s better not to make a promise at all than to make one and not keep it.
Ecclesiastes 5:5
Sometimes people have a hard time saying no when someone asks for help or asks you to do something. While it’s good to help people, you have to say no sometimes, otherwise you would spend some much time busy helping people that you wouldn’t have any time left for God or your family. It’s better to tell someone no right away rather then tell them you will and then not. Don’t make a promise you know you won’t keep.
