Don’t be bossy, set an example.
Don’t be bossy to those people who are in your care, but set an example for them.
1 Peter 5:3
It’s much better to set an example for other’s by how you live, rather than being bossy and telling them what to do. When you’re bossy, it’s most likely only going to cause them to do the exact opposite of what you tell them. But if you show them instead by setting an example by how you live, not saying anything but just living for God, it’ll have a far better effect on them then being bossy ever would.
