God with us
“Behold, the virgin shall conceive and bear a son, and they shall call his name Immanuel” (which means, God with us).Matthew 1:23
Immanuel; God with us. God sent Jesus to be born on the earth and grow up and live among us lowly humans – the prince of peace and Lord of Lords, born in a manger! And He died for our sins. So that we could spend eternity with Him in heaven. I am constantly amazed by this – God’s great love for us. Even though we are so undeserving, He loves us anyway…loves us so much he died for us. Don’t forget that. He LOVES YOU. He DIED for YOU! He is WITH YOU.
